S$729 Scalp Treatment

The 'Lim Shuin' Family here is such a loser in rejecting temptations or rather, persuasions from sales assistants.

On one occasion last year, CBG and I were shopping at TheFaceshop, Westmall and CBG was persuaded by one of the sales assistant in trying out their eye mask product. I was so surprised by her reckless decision when she paid for the eye mask that she never wanted to try and had given her the sighs even after she explained that she's just trying to shut the sales assistant from her irritating high-pitched nagging.

First I was "induced" to buy the Scalp treatment voucher at $39 at my previous visit to the hair salon that I always visit. Now I was further persuaded to sign up for their scalp treatment package for $729.

I'm CRAZY~~~!!

I finally understand why CBG bought that unwanted product then. Like her, I wanted to shut the promoter up. All thanks for my stupidity~ $729 to shut one up?! Goodness! I shall think on the brighter side~ $729 to shut her up, get my oily scalp treated (I hope~), future hair cuts at a cheaper price, free neck massages, and a bottle of oil control shampoo that cost $22 FOC.

That's what I call "自我安慰".

Alice was kinda bored and I suggested her to read blogs just to pass off time. And ta-da! she went to read the blog of the vlogger she got hooked currently in youtube, watching videos of the guy =.=" and now she's reading his blog~

Anyway, she pasted me this post of his (http://filletskillet.blogspot.com/2008/04/janus-for-real.html) and my goodness! I've finally found my "mate"!! Haha!

I can be real chatty online and real quiet offline, especially when I'm in a group. And one thing about me that was recently exposed to my friends/colleauges is that I talk to myself sometimes, and the giggling part... hmm... YES! Friends and colleagues who studied and worked with me definitely gave me the stares every now and then when I start to mumble and/or giggle out of the sudden.

Am I a freak? Weirdo? Used to think so. But not anymore after reading the fillet guy's post!

Busy weekend~

Whoohoo!! 林宥嘉! 林宥嘉! 林宥嘉!

Though his concert on Friday wasn’t his best (I think), I had a great night watching his performance still. He sang quite a number of songs not from his album, and the songs were pleasant to the ear. Special guests Olivia Ong and S.H.E did help a lot in stirring the atmosphere too!

Apart from the little disappointments I got from the concert (e.g. he did not sing the famous "那首歌" and "伯乐"), Im still glad that I went for the concert and had made a fool of myself in front of Lili. HAHA! Yah yah~ Omma's first time at the Singapore Indoor Stadium after 23yrs~ Wheee!! =D

Went to Triumph sales at Chevrons and spent about 2hours digging the briefs and bras. Cheap!! Ladies briefs selling at $15 for 5!! BD was telling me it doesn’t matter much what kind of brand you wear underneath so the cheap price for branded lingerie is nothing to be excited about. (-.-“) He's just sour that there's no Levis, CK or etc sales going on~

Headed down to IMM to replenish the energy we had used during the 2hours non-stop digging. So hungry! And to our surprise, there's more sales going on some of the boutiques in IMM!! G2000 were having store-wide $23 sales and the tops and bottoms that cost about $49 before the discount were totally worth buying!

It was a really fruitful day for us. =D

Will be going down to SimLim tomorrow for my external hard disk and CBG's virus clean-up software.

的确，不合适的洗发液，洗了会带来不舒服的感觉。
同样的，不合适的伴侣，在一起了终究会出现问题。

怎么知道那人就是你一直等待的‘他/她’呢？

是日久了，感觉对了或是碰到的那第一感觉？
是每当在一起时都会让你有不安、焦急的感触或是一个能让你失去自我的心态？
是一个在你开心或伤心时都会第一联想到的人或是一个不管发生什么事你都不会想去打扰，因害怕他会觉得你厌烦的人？

可能性有很多。

但我觉得，第一感触虽重要，未来更是一件不能忽视的。

两人之间的问题，不是因彼此还深爱着对方就能轻易解决的。若有一方松懈了、不顾一切了，那我觉得，这瓶‘洗发液’已不适合了。

Sore throat!

Woke up in the morning and my throat hurts!!

Maybe it’s from the long chats i had with my gfs and BD last night?

We had our dinner at Astons finally!! Started queuing from like 6.20pm and we only managed to get a table at around 7pm. 40mins of waiting time and Jan said its already fast compared to the average 1hour waiting time. Goodness! But, it was worthwhile waiting. The food was great, service was good (with no service charge!), and the price is affordable! $6.50 for a plate of chicken chop with 2 side dishes to choose from. No wonder the queue was so long.

I’m really glad that i had this meet up with the girls. A lot of things were really bothering me in the past few days and i really needed somebody to at least drift me away for a moment. Thanks girls!

Long Wednesday

Yesterday was a long day for me.

Spent most of the working hours "fishing" and the rest of the night watching movie - The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.

Gosh.. Its a long movie like what BIL and Lili said. But Lili is so wrong to think that i might not like the movie. Haha! Dear lili, Omma enjoyed the show yah~ Though not much of high and low "tides" and twists here and there in the show, but i like it after all. Its kinda touching.

Anyway, trying to stay awake after 11pm (my usual Mon-Thurs sleeping time) is really tiring. I gotta bow my head to Alice who sleeps after 12am, daily.

Ironically, despite the late night sleep, i woke up feeling energetic (which is very unusual of me). Had lunch with Aileen finally!! Had never-ending conversation throughout the 1hr+ lunch. Updated ourselves, and the news we know about the people in FDI etc. So disappointing to know that situation have not changed for the better in FDI. Haiz~

Celebrated JiaYing's 23rd Birthday with the 3 of us (Lili, Jan & Me) with special guests (Junwei, Tong & Ben). Sang 5hours straight of K-ing at TopOne KTV. The place is not as grand as what's on their website. But its still kinda cool! With different kind of ambience (disco, relaxed mode etc to choose from). And unlike KBox and Partyworld, their English MVs is real! Not those fake budget MVs! =D

Enjoyed the day with them! Singing with lotsa laughter and the 3 guys really made our day! Entertaining us with their as usual silly actions. Gosh~ Im missing the days in NP~

Insomnia ~

This is not very good...

For a person who love sleeping like me...

It has been 3 days where im having less than my usual 7hours of sleep on every working day.

My concentration level every next day is deteriorating.

Work progress has been slow.

Hate this feeling!
