Quizzes!! Tests!!

I always love doing quizzes and tests about your personality etc. May it be true or not, it’s only for the fun of it and who knows? Maybe you will get to know yourself more through these quizzes!

Here's some of the analysis of Shuin Dee from QuizBox.com.

Kind and Gentle
Your kindness is your charm - you are also gentle and sweet. Everybody likes to be around people with your personality. Like a psychologist, people like to talk to you to discuss their problems because you are proper and discrete, as well as confident. You look mature and people respect you. People with this kind of character are few and far between.

Your view on yourself:
You are intelligent, honest and sweet. You are friendly to everybody and don't like conflicts. Because you are so cheerful and fun, people are naturally attracted to you and like to talk to you.

The type of boyfriend you are looking for:
You like serious, smart and determined people. You don't judge a book by its cover; so good-looking people aren’t necessarily your style. This makes you an attractive person in many people's eyes.

Your readiness to commit to a relationship:
You prefer to get to know a person very well before deciding whether you will commit to the relationship.

The seriousness of your love:
You are very serious about relationships and aren’t interested in wasting time with people you don't really like. If you meet the right person, you will fall deeply and beautifully in love.

Your views on education:
Education is very important in life. You want to study hard and learn as much as you can.

The right job for you:
You're a practical person and will choose a secure job with a steady income. Knowing what you like to do is important. Find a regular job doing just that and you'll be set for life.

How do you view success:
You are afraid of failure and scared to have a go at the career you would like to have in case you don't succeed. Don't give up when you haven't yet even started! Be courageous.

What are you most afraid of:
You are concerned about your image and the way others see you. This means that you try very hard to be accepted by other people. It's time for you to believe in who you are, not what you wear.

Who is your true self:
You are mature, reasonable, and honest and give good advice. People ask for your comments on all sorts of different issues. Sometimes you might find yourself in a dilemma when trapped with a problem, which your heart rather than your head needs to solve.

Hmmm...
=D

It was a wonderful night!

We had fun seeing Chuang Heng, Mr Sin & Michael setting up the fire (we took about 2hours coz of the HIGH QUALITY 3kg charcoals!); mocking at Weishan's multiple attempts of coming out her delicious mushroom dish with just butter and honey; BBQ-ing the delicious food and my multiple attempts of peng-ing the marsh mellows with Wei Yuan’s left-over satay sticks and the SUPERB fire.

Slowly slowly blowing the fire...

A glimpse of 'hope'...

The night ended with some gossips with the girls about the at all times interesting topic, BGR. All thanks to Elsyne, I unknowingly became the center of attention of the topic of the day~. We were so engrossed in our conversation that I lost track of time and realised it was already half past midnight when my mom called and Mr Sin’s caring reminder of ‘Shuin Dee, the “Cinderella”’.

Mr Sin & Ms Cin finally reconcile after 6yrs~

Anyway, many thanks to all the girls!

The girls! (missing out the late comers - LK, Els & XP)

There's always laughter with Weishan (standing in jeans) =D

SQUEEZE!! Oopsy~ where's Nana?!

Irritating Mr Yeo disturbing us with the hotdog. (=.=)

The "dua bei gong" Michael

Weishan caught in action!

Lastly.. The Zhang family - Weiyuan and Weijie

Its Vernetta!!

Went to watch "The Unborn" with Pang and Nana!

It’s been so long since the 3 of us meet; and all thanks to the once in a blue moon 5B gathering that we decided to meet up for a movie before the BBQ.

I have not been watching horror films in cinemas for years when I used to be a horror movie freak, occasionally going down GV – JP Cineplex for some scares~ like the past; I was not at all shocked by the sudden appearances of the ghost, the disgusting scenes and the powerful background sound effects of the movie. =x

Anyway, saw Vernetta Lopez outside The Heerens! She was there with Nicholas Lim and another unknown celebrity running a road show for one of Samsung's new sliding touchpad mobile phone.

They were on the streets at Orchard road, looking for stylish passersby to answer some of their questions about style (e.g. Please define ‘style’.). And my always fashionable Nana was one of the stylish individuals they've found!

Went up and said ‘hi’ to Vernetta while Nana was being interviewed. She's so friendly! She didn’t mind taking pictures with me and we even chat about her morning show with FD and Glenn on Class 95 every Mondays to Fridays.

My first workshop of the year

Attended a budget workshop; “Budgeting Forecast Best Practice” this morning at Pan Pacific Hotel. The short 2 hours plus workshop was quite interesting, though I was trying very hard to make myself look as attentive as I can.

This workshop definitely made me understand more about budgeting and businesses process management. Apart from the knowledge shared, the speaker did attempt to recommend to us the budgeting software that they are selling. (-.-") But that was what I've expected coz the organiser of this workshop is the Senior Sales Manager of a budgeting software company.

Surprisingly, there were some tea snacks for this short workshop. Papa was still telling me the night before that there might not be any snacks coz its only 2 hours. So when I happily told him that there was snacks over dinner today, he asked me whether I've indulged myself in the food, and that's when I realised I've missed the delicious hotel food doing the 31 questions survey given to us before the talk. Ben ben lah~

What a rainy day~

WooooooO~~!! It’s a cool afternoon, but it’s not a very nice weather if you're out.

Went to collect the studio photos with papa at noon; sun was still shinning brightly before we make our way down Serangoon, but it started to rain while we were on the cab home.

From left to right: My dad, mom, sis & me.

P.S. CBG~ I swear I did no alteration to the size of your face. =x

Dear Sis and me~

Despite of the short distance, both of us were drenched when we ran from the car park to our block. The rain was that heavy! And for only a few minutes caught in the rain, I was shivering when I stepped in the house.

Wanted to watch some DVDs but the weather was too good to miss sleeping with my large "doggy" looking at me on my bed with its big round and innocent eyes. So, I napped for 3 long peaceful hours~ so nice! Couldn’t even hear my phone ringing~

How I wish every weekend at home will be that cooling~

IT Show 2009

Yeah~!! Finally got myself a netbook - MSI Wind U100 Plus!!

Had been thinking of whether to get myself a notebook or a netbook, but later feel that a netbook would be nice considering the price, weight, specs and all. Was initially very keen on buying ASUS EeePC coz I happen to come across it a few weeks ago when CBG, BIL and myself went down to SimLim but bought MSI Wind instead.

Got the Angel White (2nd from left) coz there's stocks left for white and black only

Had came across this brand at some IT stores before, but never really took note of it coz it looked like some cheapo China product. But like ASUS, it’s actually a Taiwan product and furthermore, it’s highly recommended by Sebas (a friend of mine who knows pretty much about gadgets and stuff), so I went to check more about it.

The specs are much the same as ASUS EeePC, but the freebies that MSI is giving out at the ITShow are more attractive than ASUS's. So, MSI Wind U100Plus netbook is my 3rd notebook!!! =D

Suntec Convention Centre was extremely crowded coz there are many warehouse sales like Burberry sales, Crazy warehouse sales etc going on too. 12.20 pm only and it’s already quite packed with people and I’m already feeling worried that my netbook will be out of stock, with forums yesterday saying that stocks are running fast!

Actions were pretty fast when Mr Yeo finally reached the convention centre. We went straight up to level 6, straight to the booth (there's floor map at level 1), asked the necessary about the netbook, paid for it and OUT we go!

Went back to the convention centre at around 4.30pm coz Lili's meeting us there. We wanted to go for the Burberry sales, but the escalators were blocked! Due to the overwhelming crowd at the upper levels, announcements were made to enter one hour later! *faintz! And Lili couldn’t even make her way through the Citylink underpass to Suntec and we can only meet at Marina Square. =.= What a waste!!

Granny~

Think my "granny sickness" is getting more and more serious. I do know all along that I have the capability to sleep at anywhere, anytime, and at any circumstances.

I can sleep in the ladies for as long as 30mins; catnap while watching shows, reading the newspapers, getting my hair cut etc, and even doze off when I'm standing. (.-")

But this is really getting worst. I actually snoozed while waiting for some 4mins video to finish its buffering.

What's going on?! Am I that tired? Lack of sleep? Stressed ?
Argghhzz!!

Watching.. watching..

Marley and Me was nice!!! Very nice!! Even though I know the ending of the story, I still can’t help but cried when Marley's dying~.

*Shout out to CBG! You gotta buy this DVD!! I’m sure you're gonna love it! =D

Watched another 3 movies (1 in the cinema, 2 at home) today...
1. Suspect X
2. Red Cliff II
3. A man who was superman

I’m tired~

Meet Mr Yeo and BD for lunch. JP was damn packed! We were craving for LJS but we ended up eating at BK. There was actually a table at LJS, but 2 adults were sitting there reading newspaper with their table cleared. How inconsiderate!

I’m totally not in the mood for shopping coz of the foolish hair package~ Kena suan-ed by so many people~ and the irritating BD kept bugging me for a weak neck massager we saw today at Action City.

BD is so funny! He's like a little boy, trying out different massagers in the shop. Playing and wrapping it around his waist as if the neck massager is another version of Uzap. And his waist is damn small!!!!! It’s really unfair to have this lean figure when he's eating like a king for EVERY meal. Tsk.

Looking into his wallet... awww~ poor fella.. There’s only 10bucks in his wallet~ not enough for the neck massager~

Shall get it for you "SOON"~ *If I remember~ =D
