婚宴成功、圆满地结束了！

新娘的创意、新郎的配合，是到昨晚的宴席顺顺利利的度过。

看着新娘开心的戴上头纱，我也开心。

看着新郎时时刻刻，小心翼翼的照顾新娘，我欣慰。

认识8年的他们，终于结婚了！

兄弟们实在是风度翩翩的人士，对姐妹们简直是贴心到无微不至。

朋友的参与与协助，让这晚的气氛更光彩。

看到贝比虽累，但还是时时刻刻带着微笑。

幸福哦！贝比！

A Day filled L♥O♥V♥E~!

The sisters laughed and worked hard overnight for the big day. In a few hours time, my lovely twins will be changing her status officially to 'married'. I am excited, I am happy! No matter how lethargic I am, I will push myself to the limit, just to see her smile throughout the day and of course, the rest of her life.

The car honked loudly with cheers in the morning at 7:30am. Brothers armed with blue roses and presents, came up with the groom. Trying to bribe us? Nah nah nah~ not so easy guys! *smirks* A little hiccup with game 2, and its red packet time!! Very cute to have notes of different currencies, but the sisters were persistent! SIN Dollars brothers!

Groom had a little embarrassment when he begged to enter the “faulty” door. Thinking it was locked. Good! Sincerity shown! This made my lovely twins smiled. ♥

The evening’s here! Time again to get into your role, and take the final push for the day! First time as a wedding coordinator and it was an awesome experience; working with the other coordinators, nanny, videographer, photographer, make-up artist, flower girls, emcees, AV guy, as well as the banquet manager. Special thanks to Jane for guiding me through, I wouldn’t know what to do without you!! Thanks Jean (nanny) for reminding me to call the up the important parties.

Solemnization time and I feel like crying when both of them kissed and put on the rings. No words of “I Love You” from my twins, but “Please take care of me”. That’s the way babe! Saying words that are more realistic and meaningful; I’m proud to say, she is my clever sister!

Next place to rush, the wedding hall! Final check on the displays in the banquet hall, entertained our common friends, final check with the AV guy (eating at the cocktail~) and here comes their childhood montage… Proposal montage… and Morning montage.

The night is still young! Stood throughout with the couple and giving my twins a final hug before they leave for their rest in the romantic suite, while I accompany my DEAR Lion & Ah Bang for some HK milk tea as we chatted over the midnight.

Happy Marriage and happy walking down the rest of your life hand-in-hand with Alan for a blissful future!! Remember, Omma love you always!

P.S. May the myth of the girl who caught the hand bouquet is the next to the marriage hood come through! *winks*

A "life" threatening week...

Guessed the most happening news for the week is the news of a young SP lecturer who passed away shortly after collapsing in front of her students in school one day (http://sg.news.yahoo.com/polytechnic-lecturer-dies-after-collapsing-at-school.html). I was still in shocked when Brother Foo told me about this piece of news and Uncle Richard started showing me the biography (all SP staff must have in the intranet) of this lecturer.

One of the comments in Yahoo News that astound me was the comment from a former SP staff that says "SP lecturers' job is very stressful. I worked two years there and I know it. I am not surprised someone died of overwork. Students are taken care of, but not teachers." This is totally true.

I still remember what the Principal mentioned at our recent staff rally "Students are our priority, Staff are our assets..".

And the next day after the news, I got gastric pain from a LONG meeting. And this was so embarrassing as my Director saw me crying in pain from it. Guess my lifestyle is in a mess recently, with so many things (work and personal) to handle.

Anyways, time is passing real fast. So fast that my dear Jan is getting married come Monday! Hopefully all will go well, as the day's gonna be real long for all of us. Luckily I'm still able to fit in the bridesmaid's dress despite all the junk food at irregular timings the past weeks. Not a single weight gained, but sure I'm feeling more fats than muscles at this point of time. =x

Office shifting is around the corner (when I'm on leave~). And I am glad that I've helpful colleague aka partner, Ms Not-So-A-Princess Tan to help move my boxes. I'm sure gonna miss this temporary office as these short 3-4 months had been months filled with laughter and stronger bonding with the colleagues. =D

Soon, it'll be month-end and I'll be travelling again! Whooohooo! It's gonna be my last trip for 2011 and 1st for 2012! Time for my backpack to see the sunshine again!! And I am having cheeky thoughts. If only I manage to borrow aaluoos's DSLR~ ♥

Crazy Screaming Day!!

This was how the plan goes...

Worked together with Alan to get help find out Jan's schedule on the Hens night that was supposed to be cancelled due to many unavailability. However, the ladies that were able to make it decided to go with the Hens night without Jan's knowing and even decided to give her a surprise. So we took the risk and bought USS tickets for the day. Initially we wanted to surprise her at her place in the early morning, but my heart nearly sank when Alan told me Jan had facial appointment in the day and is only free to meet me (we were suppose to go exercise) in the afternoon. Nevertheless, we managed to surprise her in the afternoon after her facial!!

So funny lah! I was suppose to meet her at Holland V and go exercise with Jan in the afternoon. When Jan saw me without my sports barangs, she did had some mini question marks on her head. But I lied to her that my barangs are on my friend's car and my friend will be sending us to our exercise venue. She actually believed!!! My Gosh!! Luckily I have someone that she can relate to and kept asking me our progress on the way to the "surprise" venue. But when I brought her to the MRT station, and when she saw the girls, she was shocked and hit me many times!! Hahahah! This is her reaction to a surprise~ =x

And so the day goes with the many screams on the rides, laughter, photo-takings, getting wet in the rain, and the highlight of the day, beautiful fireworks!!! =D

Thanks to Alan for being the spy, Els for the suggestion to go USS, Mel for the surprise join, Jas for the compromise despite feeling sick, Liesl for being the first for the day (she's usually late for all of our gatherings~) and aaluoos who was being mistaken as the "driver".
