Draw the line

Learn how to draw the line, how to have the basic courtesy and respect for another person. Learn how to behave ethically and professionally, and have a 公私分明 behaviour.

For an example, when your boss ask you on certain issues, it’s not giving your boss the basic respect if you answer to your team leader/colleague instead. It’s not logical and of the right mind too.

This is not about the person's relationship with you, whether he/she is your boss, colleague or friend. This is about respecting the person who “calls the deal”.
