This moment, I felt so unappreciated.
Working in the office after office hour is overtime.
Working at home after office hour is NOT overtime.
I must support my staff by staying in the office with them, when my Deputy Director is planning on holiday trip during this period which we are "not allowed" to leave punctually.
What a grrrrrrrrrreat mindset.
When people pay you money, it's your (Accounts Payable) responsibility.
When you collect fees from student, it's AP.
I really wonder how she graduated and how she became a Director.
Sometimes, I admire her for her firmness and power in dealing with difficult lecturers, etc.
But MANY times, I (we) just can't stand her.
This minute she can say "poor girl, she's new yet have to handle such huge responsibility with so many tasks. I think she's overloaded"; next minute she cay say "you need to have more projects".
What is this??
I'm so overloaded, so pressured but I have to look cheerful at work because of many reasons. I am SO suffocating that I broke down crying so hardly for the first time after so long because of work. I really hate to feel weak, but the pressure is unbearable.

Lim BP
I am really happy to know this gentleman looking yet cheeky character colleague here, and it all started with my shoes and Korea.
Never did I expect him to be so knowledgeable in many things. This goes to show that you're still able to know the "hands-on" without the real practise.
Learning Korean language from each other is fun. With my little know-how to speak and his little know-how in writing, we definitely get out more from this language. =) Also, he doesn't have a Facebook account yet know more than me through his passion in reading these skills.
With a quiet look, he can be really disturbing at times. Not that he makes irritating jokes at you, etc, he's disturbances are more mildly childish that is 100% healthy.
What a interesting personality. And he is the famous Ah Peng that all males and females, married and single jokingly fight over with. Ha!

What a peaceful new year~
It's the last day of the Lunar New Year holiday and I've decided to do things that wont leave me feeling regret for not enjoying this long break.
Made a good choice of catching this local movie - It's a Great Great World
Like getting myself a little gift at times - Another magazine bag from Japan!
Enjoying the time alone doing grocery shopping and strolling from bus stop to bus stops while waiting for the bus.
Feeling good jogging in the windy night and cooling down in the breeze with CC.
Ended the day with some self pampering on my aging skin;
writing some poem to my mentor who's leaving 1.5 days later and
receiving a "I'm home!" message from BD. =)
I woke up in the morning seeing 'lionsome' lying like this beside me. So adorable lah!

CNY 2011
I was entitled a day off on CNY eve, but went back still to print and bring some stuff back home over the long CNY holiday. But colleagues and friends told me it's bad luck to work over the 1st and 2nd day of the Lunar New Year as they believe that doing so will give you a busy work life throughout the year. I'm not a supersitious person, but sometimes, it's better to listen than to be sorry as I'm currently very over-loaded and feeling quite pressured over my new responsibilities.
Had a mini reunion dinner after my jog, with CC and a neighbour and boy! CC is SO adorable! Reunion dinner with my family members was scheduled to be on the 1st day of the new year instead of the eve. Nevertheless, mummy cooked up dishes that made up of ingredients that costed bombs!
As usual, dear Ah Pang came over for reunion visit and it was a great catch-up session! Have to admit, she's so far the only friend who always come to visit my place without fail for years. And that's one of the event I always look forward to each year.
CC was meow-ing very loudly when I sent Ah Pang off. He was running to me when I came back, and dashed right to the lift at my block, looking and meow-ing at it very loudly. Awwww~ it really hurts to see him every time cos I cant bring him home...
