The floor plan of our new office is already up even though there's still 4 months more to go~ The plan is something like PIL's finance department. The seniors will be sitting against the walls around the office and the juniors in the middle. Only Director & Deputy Director have a room of their own.
When annyonghasaeyo and I studied the floor plan, we were praying very hard not to sit near our Director. So annyonghasaeyo jokingly said he can't "skive" in my room anymore since I won't be having any room in the future. (.-)" *I'm controlling my fists.....
I'm not looking forward to the new office at all seriously. Well, I guess the only thing that I'm only interested is how the pantry will look like. Will there still be contaminated water? Will there be a cleaner fridge?
Anyways, I am very worried for closing now. I have never done closing (not even weekly/monthly closing) in my life, and now the thought that I have to do SO many listings, reconciliation and audit schedules really dreads me. I am anxious yet listless to start on it. And it's only a few days away!!

Happy Birthday Baby!
16th March 2011.. What a day full of occassions. My staff's birthday, my colleague's daughter's birthday & our lovely Baby Justin's 1 month in this beautiful world!! The day before, I targetted myself to leave office on the dot and bought some lovely cakes for both Baby Justin and my staff.
My staff was very delighted and treated some of us who gave her presents from Bang Deli (a cake shop vendor in School). It was a very simple yet enjoyable lunch. No complains of work, no Rated jokes (rated jokes are "not allowed" when annyonghasaeyo's around~), no gossiping but only health talk. =x Being a very health-conscious person (I'm referring to annyonghasaeyo), he shared with us a lot of his knowledge and kept pin-pointing at my diet. -__-
Anyways, quite sad that the black forest cake that my staff bought for me turned moudly by the time I bring home. Nevertheless, there's still those lovely mini cakes in the fridge. The cakes were definitely awesome! Emicakes rocks!
Knowing Baby Justin's daddy will be coming out for a day from reservists, Papa and Mummy have plans to celebrate Baby Justin's 1 month together with the family. Papa went to order a customised cute big Blueberry Chocolate cake, some red eggs & ang ku kuehs and Mummy planned to cook a table with delicious dishes. *I'm sorry annyonghasaeyo~ Shall start the healthy diet (hopefully) next week~

Another fully utilised day~
I am SO tired physically & mentally~ More on the physical side as I explored the North side of Singapore the whole afternoon.
Went back School to clear some stuff and was surprised to see one of the managers back too. Even got a free ice-cream treat from him. Not bad after~
So the tiring day begin since afternoon when I met BD for our exploring trip to NEX! The mall is VERY big but not really crowded. Guess all the crowd is at the IT fair this weekend. So we had our late lunch at one of the never-seen Japanese restaurants (we always go for good food~) and decided to test test the food there. We were "warned" that the food will take about 10 mins or more to prepare so we waited patiently playing with my phone (this fella made my password locked so many times!!).
During the wait, we were given a little "chore" to play with. The waitress brought to us some sesame seeds, their special sauce and told us to grind the sesame seeds into powder form then mix in the special sauce. So as a curious and itchy-hand person, I proceed with the grinding. Shame on myself, an A student in Food and Nutrition. Some sesame seeds were spilled during the process and BD had to take over and handle the little seeds with care. =x
Food came and we were VERY satisfied with the quality and presentation! However, it's a little pricey for the portion. Well, we've tried so no regrets! =D
Then we made our way to Triple D to collect my photos and our tour in Sunshine Plaza for some Gundams! As a non-robotic but prefer robots to dolls fan, I was stunned to see the piles of gundams around the tiny shop! Many gundam fanatics were in the shop (mostly guys) and one of them accidentally touched my butt, making BD push him away from me with an offended look. Awww~ *hugs
On our way to Plaza Sing for his watch and my cushion hunt, we dropped by POMO and found many cute and interesting stuff there. Quite an eye-opening for us. =) We went out PS empty handed and decided to try our luck at ION. What to do? We are restricted by the Capitaland Mall vouchers we have. FINALLY! BD bought a fossil dress watch that both of us love and that leaves me home empty handed. But it's okay~ I still enjoyed the day spending $0. It's the companion that's important indeed. =D

Is back...
I have been very busy with my work these days, so much that I felt like I'm losing touch with my dear friends. Not to mention my dear Toby He even though we have been meeting quite frequently for our common hobby.
Today, I found back the feeling I've lost touch with for quite some time. Not because I'm finally "free", but because I do selective focusing in the topics.
It is not very nice of me to do and behave that way but I guess it's inevitable when you are trying to cope with both work and friendships?
Had a very fruitful conversation with my dear friend who always never fail to encourage and motivate me to become a better person. It was a short yet qualitative one. =) Thank you chingu.

Disappointment.Happy.Stressed.Exploded.Excited.Cheers!
Disappointed that the two temporary staff that we selected rejected us before the interview.
Happy that I've managed to eat the 1 for 1 Teppanyaki Chicken Grill burger than Iyah say its "not" nice just to discourage Maine and moi.
Stressed that I couldn't contra off the figures in the Contra Accounts since 1998!
Exploded because SO many work come at once; too much for me to handle that I exploded and "shouted" at my Deputy Director when she ask "Denise, how?"
Excited when nearing knock off time (even though I did work overtime again) that I'm going to meet the 老家伙们！Miss them~ Especially my ah bui~~~

Laughter in the end =)
The morning started off pretty badly as I was told to rush some fund report last minute as soon as possible the minute I stepped in the office. Since last evening, I have been super stressed out with this fund report and "annyonghasaeyo" saw my stressed-out face and offered to be my punching bag. =)
Things went pretty smoothly as I found out the discrepancies in the past reports miraculously, and with the help of my colleague, I managed to understand and able to churn out more data from the accounting system.
Then “annyonghasaeyo” came in and once again we chatted about the culture in Korea together with my room mate. And according to my room mate, she accused me of “polluting” the nice nice man in the department. =x
Till now I still can’t help but laugh over the silly remark and expression that “annyonghasaeyo” made.
