Last year, I received 2 letters from HR.
One is on the amount of variable bonus I'm entitled to, the other is on the merit increment recommended from both my Director and Deputy Director.
This year, I received another letter from HR.
And it's on the change of title from "Administrative Officer" to "Finance Officer". *lame* What's the big deal in the change of title when the things that both title does are the same? Changing the title doesn't make any difference in the reality. It'll only further portray the stereotype in humans' mentality and widens the gap in "status discrimination".
Whatever~
