A day at JB

I woke up today feeling crankier than usual. Think it’s because of the little amount of sleep I had last night. Was out very early on a Sunday morning, had breakfast and headed for JB!

Was telling Yannie and Alice how amazing it is that 2 country separated by a causeway only is so far apart! The traffic’s bad, not because of the jams and everything but because the drivers are so reckless and simply have no eyes for any cars around them! Many of the roads we drove on don’t have any forward/backward directions, and the motorists can drive at speedy speeds at a very near distant beside cars, like they are sitting right beside you!

The environment is bad too. No healthy looking trees around, big glowing and tearing banners are everywhere, and Lion and me had this illusion that a lion or whatever forest animal might dashed out at you from nowhere out of the sudden. Another thing, they have no toilet papers in the washrooms! They uses water hose instead of toilet papers and that made the whole cubicle flooded with water and you know, urine or maybe, shit. =.=

I think there are only 2 things that will make me visit JB again, the food and shopping. It’s damn cheap! Same price or lower as what’s sold in Singapore, only its in Ringgit. I was very amazed at the amount I spent on my meals there! For a feast of medium sized curry fish head, 8 BBQ chicken wings, 20 satays and cups of drinks; each person only paid about SGD5!!!

Cheap lunch at Black Canyon Coffee Thai Restaurant, Jusco Mall

We came across a pets shop and they sell exotic pets that you can never find in Singapore’s pets shops! Flying hamsters and squirrels in cage! Cant believe Lion actually mentioned that he feel like keeping an iguana as pet and he actually went to ask the salesperson whether they sell iguanas. =.=

The little cute exotic pets! See my small little tiny turtle?!

But, well anyway, will still be popping into Malaysia whenever I got the chance bah? For the food~ Hohoho..

Aint the turtle pao in the steamer cute? Im never gonna eat it man~

Malaysia's famous, cheap and manually washed Snow Car Wash.
