* Helping vision (And I am so worried that over-crying will cause blindness~)

* Improve mood (Temporary only I feel~)

* Reduce stress (Temporary too~)
* Build community (Erm, maybe? But I wouldn’t want to improve my communication / socialization skills through crying~)

It’s okay if you cry, but frankly speaking for me, problems will still be there after having a/many hard cries. One might still be thinking of it again and again, and this is worse if you cry. Coz you’re thinking of the incident, etc so you feel for it and cry.
I hate to cry. It makes me feel weak and pathetic. But it’s precisely because I’m feeling weak that made me cry, sometimes uncontrollably.
However, I have to say that in times when you can’t do anything to rectify the situation, when you are feeling awful over matter, etc when you just don’t feel like talking or doing anything but let your tears drown you, please go ahead.
Cry your lungs out. This is the least that you can do to make yourself feel better.
