Had a farewell lunch with Kartono, Wendy and Ms See on Wednesday..
Its also the day after Nakka left FDI..
Its really shocking that so many staff left FDI since our move to Gateway.
Blame it on feng shui? I doubt so..
Nakka & Kartono have been with FDI since beginning when FDI was first set up in 2005.
They've been here for almost 3 years.
What made them leave?
Environment?
Work?
People?
Benefits?
All of the above are not the reasons for their resignation.
Its because of the way FDI treat their staff.
Promoting "smart" people and ignoring the silent workers.
Is that the way?
