Few of us flew a day before and a picture was taken to show-off to the other 2 who are still working hard at work before we board the plane. It was only the first day, we've not reach the destination and we're already spending our money at CAT1. Goes to show how much we needed to release our stress.
Flying flying on the plane... I realized this was what most travelers will do when they go in the air. Snapping shots of the "wing" in the sky.
Ooooh Yeah~ We're in BKK! A "welcome" figurine spotted in the pickup, on our way to the Grand Diamond Suite beside Platinum Fashion Mall. Hotel was comfy and it's a real good venue! In the middle of the BIG fashion mall the day and night markets.
Started our first BKK Retail Therapy at Platinum Fashion Mall. Loads of deals to buy, loads of items to see. Our legs were screaming in pain and we decided to rest and indulge in the Thai Milk Tea (MUST-TRY) at the Black Canyon Coffee Café in the mall. *slurps*
Woke up to a hearty spread of breakfast buffet at the Grand Diamond Suite Restaurant. We need to fill our stomach before we "exercise" in the Pratunam Market.
Lunch was at Terminal 21, an interesting mall with the concept of various countries' terminal in one. Saw the (MUST-TRY) Thai Mango Sticky Rice and I knew I had to have it for dessert.
Finally we have survived the day and we're on our way for some Massage. Look at my tired puffy eyes. My gosh, my eye bags are out! (>..<)
Had to detox my body so ended my breakfast buffet with my all time favourite, Meiji Strawberry flavored Yoghurt! 💕
Day 3 was pretty relaxing with Jatujak in the morning and Asiatique in the evening. Pictures taken was blur, but that was on purpose. I'm loving these blur pictures more than the clear ones. Dreamy dreamy feel~ The ones below were taken at Asiatique.
Hate to end the trip that fast, but have to.... So we decided to go for something different and sinful before we leave for Home. Macdonald Bacon & Egg Pie for breakfast (MUST-TRY!), A&W meals for lunch and Sticky Doughnuts from Missy Doughnuts (MUST-TRY!).
These postcards caught my attention when making my orders. Macdonald Postcards only in Thailand that goes to the Charity for every card purchased. Each card cost 20 Bhatt and I got 5 for the one that I know will LOVE it, Toby He san!
A&W Float that's missing out in Singapore.. |
Chewy Sticky Doughnuts |
Ending the post with a picture of my loots from BKK!! Enough to spread it out at fleas? 😎 Not all are mine of course~
More pictures in my camera, and I shall upload them in Facebook soon.....!
