Mrs Saito and Ms Yomura, they have successfully met their objective producing cute, strange, cool, silly, horrible and comfortable Aranzi Aronzo characters.
One of their characters that I especially love is Sprite, a legendary Kappa (Japanese river imp). It is a monster that is often said to be a tortoise. Sprite is a dangerous and evil creature that feeds on animals and humans. As monstrous looking as it’s character, it often scares the hell out of children and the adults.
However, Mrs Saito and Ms Yomura have successfully “transformed” the evil images of the creature in people to a character that is well liked by the younger generations now. It is now a creature that appears to be a silly "loner".
